Do you own gadgets or any hi technology equipment from Toshiba? Here's their website where you can check anything you want about the product. I don't prefer calling the toll free number because of the lack of information they provide. I would rather visit the nearest service center (as long as your gadget is stil under warranty otherwise you could end up paying more).
