My keyboard is typing the wrong letters

• I had problem with my keyboard recently, like for example if i type "N" then "NM" will appear and if I type ''@" unknown characters will appear.
• So tried searching the net what is the possible solution and I got through this website safer-networking.org, I downloaded this 'Spybot Search and Destroy' free software and presto my keyboard worked.
